How do I apply for the Cleaning for a Reason program?

If you or someone you know could use help with cleaning their home, please visit Cleaning For a Reason to sign up for the program.

Do customers have to schedule regularly to keep their spot?

A.

No you do not. However, our cleaning schedule fills up quickly, so the sooner we know you would like scheduled on our rotations, the better opportunity you have to get the day and time you would like.

What payment methods do you accept?

A.

We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card. When using credit card, there is $2.50 charge. If there is a return on a check, the customer will be charged an additional $25.

What if I have a special cleaning product I want you to use?

A.

Not a problem!  Just let us know at the time of booking, so we can make a special note. You will need to provide said product.

Do you clean property off the military base?

A.

Absolutely.  Our team performs cleanings both on and off of the military base.  Give us a call to schedule an appointment.

Can I schedule a night or weekend cleaning?

A.

We are all mommies with very small children, and although we would love to make your homes pretty at all hours, we clean only from 8:30-3pm Monday-Friday. We have limited availability on Saturdays, and we hold them for emergencies.

Do you require a deposit to schedule?

A.

No.  However, after a third consecutive time of cancellation, we will require a deposit of 50% of the cleaning total to confirm and hold your appointment.

What areas do you perform cleaning services?

We travel between Felton/Harrington all the way to North Smyrna (and anywhere in between). Give us a call today to schedule your appointment.

Are your cleaners pet friendly?

A.

We are super pet friendly... cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, hamsters, fish, etc (NO SNAKES!!!) We don't like them,  and they don't like us!

Do move-out cleans include garages?

A.

YES! We'll be sure to remove all the cob webs and dirt.

What should I do before a move-out cleaning?

A.

We recommend running the self clean cycle on your oven 24 hours or less before we arrive.

Should I “pre-clean” before the scheduled appointment?

A.

NO! Absolutely not. Put down the broom, relax, we got it!
